General Policies

The 30-day drop policy will be strictly enforced. Drop slips must be submitted 30 days prior to the time they will be dropped from the class. The student will be charged for the entire month if they drop prior to 30 days.

No student will be allowed in class without the correct forms filled out at the front desk. (i.e. change orders, registration forms, trials, etc.)

Students can only make up a class in their level or below-they cannot make up classes in a higher level-no exceptions.

Students will be expected to be in the appropriate ballet attire with hair pulled back for all ballet classes.

No student will be allowed into a higher level class without the teacher and the director’s approval.

Students must be on time for classes.  Entering classes late will make you miss warm-ups.  Consistent tardiness WILL NOT be tolerated.

Students SHOULD bring a water bottle and towel to every class.

All dance bags and clothing must be stored or hung up outside classrooms in spaces provided.

No food or drinks allowed in dance rooms (water bottles are exceptions).

No smoking or gum chewing allowed anywhere in the facility.

Studio One Dance is not responsible for lost items.  All dance bags, clothing, and shoes should be labeled.

24 hour notice must be given in cancellation of any private or semi-private.  Failure to do so will result in full billing of missed time.  A second failure to notify could result in forfeit of your time slot.

As is standard studio policy, missed classes must be made up within 30 days.

There will be a $30 late fee for all payments received

There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks
